OUR HISTORY

Todd & Sargent, Inc. was founded in 1938 by George Todd. In 1958 Warren Sargent joined forces with Mr. Todd to form a partnership known as Todd & Sargent Construction Company. The company was incorporated in 1962 with Warren Sargent as its President. George Todd remained active in the company until his retirement in 1973. In 1983 Lee Sargent was named President and Philip Sargent Executive Vice President. In January of 2006, William Bokhoven succeeded Lee as President, while Lee continues his role as Chair and Chief Executive Officer.

Todd and Sargent, Inc. continues to be a leading engineering and construction firm in the industries it serves, which include feed, grain, pet food, flour, oilseed, biodiesel, and ethanol. The company works throughout the United States and Canada, and currently employs over 300 persons.
