    1. Two Receiving Systems:
      • Rail receiving rated at 45,000 BPH.
      • Truck receiving rated at 400 TPH.

      • 23 ingredient bins to mixer - 3,636 tons
      • 4 pellet mill surge bins - 640 tons

    3. Loadout Drive
      • 16 bulk loadout bins - 3,126 tons

      • 700,000 bushel capacity with ladder track.

    5. Batching: 160 TPH capacity
      • One 8-ton "twin-ribbon" mixer.
      • One 20 bin micro ingredient system.

    6. Pelleting: 120 TPH capacity
      • Two lines each providing 60 TPH.
      • Pellet mills with (500 HP) motor, counterflow cooler and crumbler.

      • Complete plant automation, electrical and mechanical installation.
