  2. Client Data:Pilgrims Pride acquired mill from Wampler-Longacre. Original mill was built in 1986. Additional corn storage added in 1989. Third Pelleting System added in 1990.

    • Four Receiving Systems
      • Three rail receiving systems.
      • One truck receiving rated at 10,000 BPH.

      • 29 ingredient bins to mixer - 3,325 tons
      • 2 soybean meal bins (outside mill) - 2,000 tons
      • 6 pellet mill surge bins
      • 26 bulk loadout bins - 2,260 tons

    • Whole Grain Storage: 400,000 bushel capacity

    • Batching: 180 TPH capacity
      • Two 5-ton horizontal ribbon mixers.
      • Two 12-bin Micro Ingredient Systems.

    • Pelleting: 160 TPH capacity
      • Two lines each providing 40 TPH, one line at 60 TPH (CPM 9000).
      • Pelletmill with a 500 HP motor, horizontal cooler, and pellet screener.
