    • The facility will have the capacity to produce 10,000 CWT of flour per day.

    • The mill is 48' wide, 290' long and 165' tall.

    • The grain storage consists of twelve 25' diameter silos and five interstice bins with a total storage capacity of 760,000 bushels.

    • The warehouse is 22,000 square foot precast with high speed packaging equipment.

    • The office building is a 5,000 square foot 2-story building.

    • Rail receiving and rail and truck loadout.
