FLOUR MILL EXPANSION 2009: 5,000 CWT "C" MILL ADDITION

- Client Data: Siemer Milling is a family- and employee-owned company with flour mills in Teutopolis, Illinois and Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Siemer Milling Company's primary product is wheat flour milled to different specifications for the making of such foods as cookies, crackers, cakes, pretzels, batters and breadings, bread and biscuits.

- Summary of "C" Mill Expansion - 2009:
- The new Line C will have the capacity to produce 5,000 CWT of flour per day.
- The slipformed mill is 72' wide, 93' long and 92' tall.
- Structure incorporates wheat bins, tempering bins and fourteen (14) slipform flour bins.
- Truck loadout system consists of six 100 ton capacity steel tanks mounted on loadcells.
- Todd & Sargent will also be the millwright contractor installing all cleaning house equipment and milling equipment.
- Project start dae January 15, 2009, scheduled completion date February 2010.
