FLOUR MILL UPGRADES

  1. Contractor/Engineer: Todd & Sargent, Inc., Ames, Iowa

  2. Summary of Project:
    • Remove all milling equipment and dust systems in existing "B" mill.
    • Remove all equipment and tempering bins in Cleaning House.
    • Install new structural supports on process floors to accommodate larger milling equipment.
    • Sawcut larger floor openings to accommodate new equipment.
    • Install new Buhler milling equiment in "B" mill and cleaning house.
    • Installation being completed during a 16 week shutdown.
    • "B" mill to be fully operational JUne 2005.
