Project Description
King Milling Company sits on the west bank of the Flat River in picturesque downtown Lowell, Michigan. Since their founding in 1890, King Milling has increased its capacity from 39,000 pounds of flour per day (390 cwt) to roughly 800,000 pounds of flour per day (8,000 cwt). This project consists of two 26’ diameter x 102’ tall slipformed concrete storage silos. The truck loadout system will have a 10’ x 90’ truck scale and a 19’ x 44’ precast loadout extension building. Features:
