Project Description

Siemer Milling is a family and employee-owned company with flour mills in Teutopolis, Illinois and Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Siemer Milling’s primary product is wheat flour milled to different specifications for the making of such foods as cookies, crackers, cakes, pretzels, batters and breadings, bread and biscuits. Line “C” mill will have the capacity to produce 5,000 CWT of flour
per day.

  • Slipform mill is 72’ wide, 93’ long and 92’ tall
  • Structure incorporates wheat bins, tempering bins and 14 slipform flour bins
  • Truck loadout systems consist of six - 100 ton capacity steel tanks mounted on loadcells
